Founded in 2012, the mission at Pursue Your Purpose is to catalyze a new era of business diplomacy by cultivating robust and interconnected entrepreneurship ecosystems primarily within African cities. Using a grassroots approach, we focus on the growth of startups and emerging entrepreneurs through our commitment to drive impactful change that improves city economies.
By fostering an environment of innovation, collaboration, and empowerment, we seek to forge a powerful countermeasure against unemployment and “brain drain.” Our efforts are dedicated to creating sustainable entrepreneurship ecosystems that not only generate jobs, but also retain Africa's finest talent - stemming the tide of emigration by improving living standards within local communities.

About Tamiko Cuellar
Tamiko Cuellar is the Founder of Pursue Your Purpose, an International Business Strategist, renowned author, and distinguished independent business diplomat with a proven track record of driving transformational change by developing and growing entrepreneurship communities in the U.S. and throughout Africa for over a decade.
Tamiko has a wealth of past experiences as a Forbes Coach, Fulbright Specialist, an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management, and has contributed to the launch of the very first Entrepreneurship Incubator at the University of Namibia. As a keynote speaker and trainer for the U.S. Embassies in Namibia and South Africa, the Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI) in Ghana, and several organizations, she has been invited to share her business insights and strategies on a global scale.
